TERMS OF PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

When you have made an order we will check it and fill in the shipping cost and send back the total amount for you to pay. You can pay in 2 different ways: Bank wire transfer or pay pal.

VERY IMPORTANT: The Order ID from your order confirmation must be included in your payment message.

As soon as we see your payment we ship the product, if not in stock or any other problems we will notify you.
Shipment price anywhere in Europe up to 5kg is 40€, up to 10 kg is 50€.

Conditions
If you are under 18 years old you have to have the permission by your parents or other form of guardian, by marking the box of approval you have confirmed that you have permission!
All prices are including tax for EU countries.

We always deliver as fast as we can, normally within 1-3 week days after that the payment is transferred. At high season or if a product is sold out it could take some more time but we always notify our customers by e-mail or by phone if this is the case. All frauds and fake orders will be investigated and handed over to the proper authority.
If your package has some kind of damage you have to contact your local shipping company that delivered the package. All other reclamations are to be done to MTL Custom within 10 days of the arrival of your ordered products by e-mail or mail. Name the defect or problem and we will check this and get back to you. All return shipping cost is to be paid by you and non paid returns will not be collected.
